Deliverable 46 - Design Review Poster (The Final Symposium Poster)

Please consider the following when putting together your poster:

To get your poster printed, work with the Senior Design Course TA to schedule a time (coordinated with the BME IT Department). Posters will be printed using the BME Poster Printer located in Engineering Building III.

Additional Advice:
Finalizing your posters for senior design can be a hectic time so, the sooner you address the poster layout the sooner you will discover just what types of information will be necessary and just how much time you will need for a good presentation of your project to be produced.

Etiquette-- Lets all be considerate of each other. I would think it would be a problem for all groups to wait until the last two days prior to presentations to get your posters printed. Please be aware of the progress of other groups and coordinate your printing dates among groups. The department poster printer is used for faculty and graduate students, so please take into account that it may be a busy time when you are attempting to print your poster.

It takes about 20 minutes to print a properly prepared poster.

It is best to proof your poster with a letter size printout (often errors are more noticeable printed rather than on screen). You will want to scale to fit printer when doint this.

CREATIVITY
Please be as creative as you wish, use plenty of figures, images, color, graphs, photos, and adjust the layout as you see fit. Try to have the maximum impact, with clean lines, in a 2’ wide, 3’ tall poster…
